Makinemize iki ayrı sistemle çalştirma imkanı bulunmaktadır.Birinci çalıştırma sekli manuel'dir. Bu çalışma sisteminde tüm motorlara start verilir. Cila kafaları taşı gördükden sonra pinomatik sistemi devreye girir. İkinci çalışma şekli olan otomatik sistemde cila kafaları taşı gördükden sonra heö pimomatik hemde motorlar devreye girer. This machine of ours is designed for side polishing and chamfering marble and granite. It is possible to increase or decrease the number of polishing motors and saws by your desire. The polishing motors become active automatically with pneumatic system when they take the coming stone on the conveyor band. Then, when the stone gets out from pressure cranks, the motors automatically stop. This machine is actually designed for 45 degrees chamfering for stone but it is also possible to add one or more calibrating heads for radius (half circle) next to chamfering motors. There is also an immobile dryer fan at the end of the conveyor band. |

(Köprü Cila Polisaj) MakinesiKatrak plakası ve 30 cm boy serbest memer ve granit cila işleri için tasarlanmış makinamızdır. Silme baskısı pinomatik olup istenilen basınca ayarlanabilmektedir. Granit ve mermerin cinsine göre 8saatte 40 m2 ile 100 m2 arasında cila yapmak mümkündür. Cila kafasının iz yapmaması için wals sistemi bulunmaktadir. Mermerin şekline göre değişik programlar uygulanabilir. Fabrika tipi makinalarımızda araba damperli olarak imal edilmektedir. This machine is designed for polishing works of plaques coming from gang saws and 30 cm length free marbles and granites. Polishing pressure is pneumatic and can be adjusted to required pressure. According to the kind of stone, it is possible to polish a surface between 40 m² - 120 m² in eight hours. There is also a waltz system on this machine to obtain a clear and smooth surface with no mistakes. Different polishing programs can be applied for different kinds of marbles and other stones. In factory type machines, the stone carrier is pruduced with hydraulic dumper. |
